Cases

United States v. Belt, 574 F.2d 1234 (5th Cir. 1978)

In the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the firm was successful in obtaining an equital on appeal for its client in a case involving embezzlement and stealing the funds of a labor organization.

Chunn v. State, 590 So.2d 391 (Ala.Crim.App. 1991)

Jessie v. State; 659 So.2d 167 (Ala.Crim.App. 1994)

On appeal, the firm was successful in obtaining a reversal of the conviction of murder for its client based upon a Batson challenge.
