The Event will be held at the Pharr Room in the RSA Tower, 11 N. Water Street, Mobile, where a Reception will start at 5:30 and a Panel Discussion featuring the Hon. Margaret Mahoney, Helen Alford, Kathy Miller, Jean Tucker, and Comm. Merceria Ludgood will begin at 6:00 p.m.
