Mobile Civil Litigation Lawyer

Mack B. Binion is specializes in civil litigation, including business, insurance, construction, personal injury and products liability cases.  Mr. Binion graduated from Spring Hill College (B.A.) and holds a law degree (J.D.) from the University of Alabama School of Law.  The Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity member served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves.  The former General Counsel for the Medical Association for the State of Alabama, Mr. Binion has served on the Executive Committee of the Mobile Bar Association.  He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, American Bar Association, International Association of Defense Counsel, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.  As a Mobile attorney at law, he is also a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Binion practices in all State and Federal Courts in Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Binion is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.

A Mobile native, Mr. Binion serves as an officer and director of numerous civic, charitable and social organizations.  Mr. Binion is a leader in Mobile’s economic and industrial development efforts through his representation of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Mobile and as a member of the Board of Advisors to the Mobile Chamber of Commerce.
